Pneumatic control of filling/unloading processes of fuels and liquefied gases in tanks or reservoirs
The pneumatic processes can be controlled either mechanically by the driver/operator or fully electronically by the TEX computer, which prevents any possibility of human error. Spectronic offers installation and service of both types of equipment, as well as spare parts for it.
With mechanical support, the loading/unloading process is monitored and each step is controlled by the operator. With electronic control, the computer performs the pneumatic control procedure that opens and closes the flaps, which minimizes the possibility of fuel mixing from individual cells in the tank/reservoir.
Pneumatic control
Pneumatic Tank Truck Manifold and Flap Control Systems are available with up to 6 sockets to control fuel compartments and are incredibly easy to use.
Pneumatically operated systems are enclosed in a box. They are simplified and easy to operate manually by operators via manual pneumatic buttons on manifolds and valves or by means of a TEX computer. In this way, the contents of the compartments are efficiently and quickly loaded and unloaded when it is necessary to separate the delivery. This type of pneumatic control makes it possible to serve a chain of gas stations with one tank. The software installed on the TEX computer can be adapted according to the customer's request in the relevant language, so that the operator does not get in trouble.

Even in the absence of electrical power to the system, maximum safety can be achieved as the operator manually activates the protections if necessary.
