Petroleum base Sofia, Bulgaria

• Delivery and installation of flow meters for diesel, gasoline and bioethanol
• Installation of a blending system for mixing gasoline and bioethanol according to a given recipe

Oil base Kyustendil, Bulgaria

The oil base in Kyustendil has been newly built since 2016, according to all EU standards and requirements. Spectronic delivered and installed:

• 2 flow meters for diesel, biodiesel and gasoline
• 1 flow meter for bioethanol inlet
• 2 blending systems at the outlet for mixing petrol with bioethanol and diesel with biodiesel
• DAS software
• Grounding and overflow systems
• Operating capacity of the base for 24 hours: up to 30 fuel tankers for fuel type input and up to 30 fuel tank trucks for fuel type output, thanks to the sleeves for lower filling and lower unloading.

Petrol base Burgas, Bulgaria

• Design and construction of an automation system transmitting data to the Customs Agency, according to Ordinance №3 / 12.02.2010 and its integration with an internal ERP system.
• The system at the oil base in Burgas consists of:
  –  Two flowmeters Liquid Controls for input and output
  –  Electronic register TE550, which transmits data from flow meters, controls pumps and shut-off valves connected to DAS
  –  Installation of a GPS connection with the assistance of GPS Bulgaria for data transmission to the server of the Customs Agency

Oil base Ruse, Bulgaria

• Design and construction of an automation and control system, transmitting data to the Customs Agency, according to Ordinance №3 / 12.02.2010 and integrated with an internal ERP system
• The system in Ruse consists of:
  –  Two flowmeters Liquid Controls for input and output
  –  Electronic register TE550
  –  Blending system for mixing diesel with biodiesel according to a given recipes
  –  Discharge for supplements. The reset consists of an injector with a solenoid valve, an electronic control unit for the reset filter; pump - 12-26 l / hour, 3/4 ”flanges at the inlet and outlet, steel housing, working pressure 8 bar, filter on the suction side of the pump; control panel for setting quantities of additives, starting the pumps. Here, this system is used to inject a coloring marker into the fuel, but it can also be used to inject a variety of additives given in specific recipes to the base fuel
  –  Delivery and installation of two sleeves for bottom filling of tank trucks: Sleeve for liquid phase with hinge made of hydrocarbon steel and seal from Viton, 3 ″ ”API connector; Gas phase sleeve with hydrocarbon steel hinge and seal from Viton, 3 ″ ”VRV connector
  –  Two ISOIL flow meters with VEGA II electronic heads
  –  ICUNK for data transmission to the Customs Agency, according to Ordinance №3 / 12.02.2010

Oil base Vratsa, Bulgaria

• Design and construction of an automation system transmitting data to the Customs Agency, according to Ordinance №3 / 12.02.2010 №3/12.02.2010
  The system consists of:
• Two flow meters for diesel and gasoline for railway unloading
• Six flow meters for diesel, biodiesel, gasoline and aviation fuel for entry and exit of tank trucks
• Scales for railway tanks
• Scales for tank trucks

• DAS software
• Installation of ICUNC for data transmission to the Customs Agency
